gnome-classic: Drop xorg sessions

Jordan Petridis requested to merge alatiera/gnome-shell-extensions:alatiera/classic-wayland into main

Remove the xorg .desktop file sessions, and also the separate -wayland desktop file since we will only have a single Session now that will be a Wayland session.
