Draft: window-list: Simplify visual style

Updates the window-list extension stylesheet to match with the latest GNOME Shell visual styles. Changes:

  • Flat window buttons with subtle backgrounds on :hover and :active states.

  • Separators between window buttons that hide when a button background is rendered, inspired by libadwaita's TabBar.

The changes made to classic.css were to only make sure the Classic mode remains visually the same, since classic.css inherits stylesheet.css.
