Native Window Placement: Only uses half of the width of monitor
- Gnome-shell 40.1
- Mutter 40.1
- Gnome-shell-extensions 40.1
- X11
- NO other extensions enabled
I have 2 3840*2160 monitors on this system. The right one (referred to later as monitor 2) is set as the primary monitor in GNOME. For some reason on the right monitor only when Native Window Placement is enabled windows are shown on only the right side of the overview (see below screenshot). Windows on the left monitor (monitor 1) are displayed normally in the overview. When the extension is disabled windows are shown normally on both monitors.
If I switch the order of the monitors in the display settings so that monitor 1 is now the right and monitor 2 is now the left (but without swapping which one is primary) then monitor 1 begins displaying the issue (while the issue no longer effects monitor 2).
