org.gnome.Extensions flatpak creates unusable display glitch in Fedora 34/Gnome 40
OS: Fedora 34 Gnome: 40.0.0 Windowing system: Wayland
I have just upgraded to Fedora 34 with Gnome 40 and am unable to use the org.gnome.Extensions flatpak app to manage any extensions. I have tried disabling all user-installed extensions and rebooting, uninstalling all user-installed extensions, and ensuring everything is up to date, but none of this has helped.
journalctl does not show anything particularly relevant. The Extensions flatpak can launch but will not any settings when you attempt to launch the settings window for any extension. The settings window that should appear stays out of focus behind the main org.gnome.Extensions window and cannot be brought into focus. Additionally, no information is viewable from the window.

Let me know if I can provide any additional details that might be relevant.
