Revert "usb: explain how to activate the device in notification"

Tobias Mueller requested to merge tobiasmue/gnome-settings-daemon:usb-no-string-freeze-break into master

This reverts commit 9420d97a to not break the string freeze.

The string change was introduced here: !312 (merged)

In order to not break the freeze, this commit reverts the change.

I guess we pop that commit back on after the freeze.
