Set minimal brightness to 0 as EInk display does not need backlight.

Hi,

this patch is for [Pinenote EInk] device which offers EInk display that does not need any backlight for visible display.

This patch is not applicable as it would make other types of screen unusable if the minimal backlight is applied.

Therefore I'd like to open up a discussion what to change so it works for all devices.
