Remove color management functionality (Pt. 1, device management)

This removes all the code related to creating user local color profiles, creating and managing color devices and applying color profiles and temperature state to monitors. The reason for this is that mutter will take over the responsibility of doing this, allowing it more fine grained control of color management features.
