Remove translatability of non user-facing strings

Thibault Martin requested to merge thibaultamartin/gnome-settings-daemon:odd-user-facing-strings into master

Some strings were marked as translatable, while they are never shown to the user. Some of these are very specific to the internals of cellular networking. This created unnecessary extra work for the translators. These strings are no-longer translatable with these changes.
