super+l should turn monitor off when pressed on lock screen

Bug summary
On lock screen, hitting super+l types l in password entry instead of turning screen off.
Steps to reproduce
- Tap super+l to go to lock screen. in this case, it will turn monitor off in a second.
- Move mouse to turn monitor on.
- Tap super+l again.
What happened
The letter "l" is typed in password field.

Turn monitor off again
