Bluetooth RFkill without disconnecting(gracefully) paired devices
Feature summary
Toggling bluetooth does a straight RFkill without notifying the connected devices. This abrupt and assymetric bail-out on the connection leaves devices like headphones(that only listen for new connection after a restart) in limbo, where we have to manually switch off and then switch back on just to pair them to other devices(i.e phone).
Currently this forces a navigation all the way to bluetooth settings page to specifically disconnect paired device before toggling off bluetooth.
How would you like it to work
As is the case with smart phones, toggling off bluetooth from controls or anypart of the shell should gracefully disconnect from device before RFKill.
