Repeat volume step change when button is still pressed
I am not sure whether this is good project for the issue. Please move to proper place if it's needed.
In GNOME 3.32 I was able to change sound volume by more than on step by pressing volume up or volume down button and keeping it pressed for second and two. In GNOME 3.34 when I press volume up/down button and don't release it for some time it works exactly like when I press it and release immediately — volume is just changed to one step up or down.
I am not sure whether this is intentional design change or bug but IMHO 3.32 behavior was much more convenient when I wanted to quickly change sound volume, just by keeping button pressed for 1-2 seconds.
