Wayland and X sessions messed up, theme picking messed up, 3.33.92

Hi,

Upgrading Ubuntu Eoan (GNOME session, to 3.33.92 for gdm, gnome-session, gnome-settings-daemon this time), I'm happy to see that closing a session works again. Don't know if it's Ubuntu only related. But :

  • running Wayland : non GNOME apps pick up Yaru theme and wrong fonts, GNOME apps pick up the (right) Adwaita theme ;
  • running X : no theming issue, but launching Synaptic tells me I'm running Wayland and that I cannot do sudo things (alt-F2 + r restarts the shell, so I'm really running X).
