Where do we report issues for Gnome Screenshot?

I just came here to report an issue for blurry/low-resolution screenshots because of this issue https://askubuntu.com/questions/73233/quality-with-the-screenshot-tool-isnt-good and don't see any information on how to open an issue, and issues are disabled here so I think we should put something in the README.
