WIP: Add flatpak manifest to build from master

Adds a flatpak manifest to allow an easier dev experience. You will be able to clone using Builder and click on run to see the application built for you. Also pushed the application to Flathub https://github.com/flathub/flathub/pull/628. Are you guys interested to have write-access to the new repository?
