tests: Add test for the RDP backend

Quoting the main commit message here:

This test will verify whether the server correctly created a virtual
monitor with the wanted size of the client.
The test is passed, as soon as the first frame update of the virtual
monitor is received with the correct resolution.

We can extend this test with a 'dynamic-resolution'-test in the future, when mutter!2270 (merged) has landed and updating CI image won't be too much of a pain any more due to the need of dependency upgrades.
