Photos creates placeholders for deleted files.

Submitted by Mohammed Sadiq @pksadiq

Link to original bug (#771674)

Description

GNOME photos creates placeholders for images that are deleted, but whose details are present in tracker.

It spits the following warnings to stdout too (in my case): ** (gnome-photos:24040): WARNING **: Unable to query info for file at file:///home/sadiq/Downloads/design.jpg: Error when getting information for file '/home/sadiq/Downloads/design.jpg': No such file or directory

GNOME photos should just ignore such files that doesn't exist anymore.
