        * rgb-stuff.[ch]: remove the two unused rgb methods and add two
          new unused rgb methods.

        * panel-widget.[ch]: inhibit the drawing after change_params until
          size_allocate to avoid scaling huge pixmaps

        * session.c,menu.c: make the rotate pixmap default again as the
          performance issues are solved
