        * programs/panel/{panel.c,panel.h,panel_cmds.h}: more "drawers"
          framework done, removed traces of visibility notify, removed
          applet size change notify since it is handled by allocate_size
          signal

        * programs/panel/mailcheck/mailcheck.c: fixed a few bugs related
          to text only reporting
