Add the ability to reset the panel

Balló György requested to merge City-busz/gnome-panel:reset-toplevel into master

  • Load the default layout if all toplevels were removed. This makes it possible to reset the panel layout without restarting the gnome-panel.

  • Add option to the context menu to reset the panel. When the user choose this option, a confirmation dialog is opened. If it's confirmed, it deletes all toplevels, which triggers the panel to recreate the default layout.
