Add CalDAV and CardDAV providers

CalDAV is a mechanism for sharing and updating calendars over WebDAV.

CardDAV is a mechanism for sharing and updating contacts over WebDAV.

The CalDAV and CardDAV providers allows us to share authentication to CalDAV and CardDAV servers; evolution-data-server already allows access, but we still require Evolution to configure authentication.
