Added Fastmail provider based on OwnCloud sources.

Hi there, I have added support for Fastmail. What is currently working is access to Files via Nautilus. I do not know yet what I need to do to make calendars/contacts show up -- do you have any hints for me (Is that happening in evolution data server?)?
