goabackend: remove the Fedora provider

The Fedora provider is overtly a branded Kerberos provider, with a few minor UI differences, but duplicates large amounts of code.

Remove the Fedora provider, since it is reportedly only used for development tasks and shouldn't affect the general userbase.
