Draft: Update README

TheOPtimal requested to merge TheOPtimal/gnome-online-accounts:updated-readme into master

Things that still need fixing/adding:

  • Some of the links in the developer notes redirect elsewhere or are completely dead.
  • Not sure the screenshot is a good fit, and the screenshots on my machine get weirdly cropped for some reason
  • Add build instructions.
