Nextcloud "Timeout was reached" but no connection attempted
A couple months ago, the nextcloud provider stopped working on my pc (wouldn't do anything) so i removed it and tried to re-add it, but I get the "Error connecting to Nextcloud server: Timeout was reached" error each time for the past couple months. I have used wireshark to monitor my network interface, and there's no attempt made to try connect to the nextcloud instance when I press connect, so I don't think it is my instance. I have tried having the "server" field set to "nextcloud.example.com", "https://nextcloud.example.com", "https://nextcloud.example.com/" and nothing has worked.
Fedora 37, Gnome 43.2 (wayland) My laptop has no issues with the same nextcloud server on same network and same release version.
When I run gnome-control-center via the cli, I get little to no useful information.
gnome-control-center -v online-accounts
