Google account connections fail across network disconnect / system suspend
On both Fedora 37 and Fedora Silverblue 37, I'm noticing that any time I suspend and resume my system, or just drop a network connection and recover it, Evolution throws a bunch of error messages about losing connection to Google accounts I have set up - both mail and calendar. I can click "Reconnect" buttons on the notifications to make them go away. I then can click an un-downloaded mail or a different mailbox, and sometimes that'll recover the mail connection; sometimes it won't, and I have to quit Evolution and restart it to get mail working again.
I think this started happening with the libsoup3 changes, so probably gnome-online-accounts 3.45.1. I'm filing it against g-o-a precisely because it's happening on both Workstation and Silverblue; on my Workstation install obviously all the Evolution packages are up to date too, but on my Silverblue install I'm using flatpak-based Evolution from flathub, which is much older, but it still has the same problem. That suggests the bug must be in something that's in the core of Silverblue itself and so is up-to-date, i.e. g-o-a, not anything that's in the Evolution flatpak stack.
