Fix spelling mistakes found by codespell

Yasharjit Malhotra requested to merge yasharjit/gnome-notes:spelling-fixes into master

I used a tool called codespell on it to check any spelling mistakes in the code and fixed them. We can also add this to the CI so please let me know if there is any interest in adding it and I can work on it. Quite a few other GNOME projects have also added it to their CI.
