wfd-mice-sink: use the hostname as device name
requested to merge acolombier/gnome-network-displays:feat/advertise-hostname-as-device-name into master
Instead of using "GNOME" as device name when publishing capability to MICE receiver, it will now try to use the device host name.

It's been a few years I haven't done any C, so please feel free to raise anything that doesn't quite work! Also, it is my first time using the Glib.
Second disclaimer, I do not have any device which is MICE ready so I couldn't test. If anyone can, it would be great to get some testers on that feature!
