flatpak: Update Music repository url

Since the migration to GitLab, the central git repository now lives in https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-music.git

flatpak-builder seems to fail for our redirection. So this fixes the build.

https instead o git since many proxies seem to be blocking protocols such as git.
