playertoolbar: Fix order of song/artist label

Marinus Schraal requested to merge wip/mschraal/playertoolbar-fix-labels into master

The artist was the important (top & bold) label in the PlayerToolbar song info box. This makes little sense and is also not like the design mockups. Switch the artist and song labels, bringing the song title label to top and bolded.
