[#481] Playlist: make playlist scroll to the currently playing track

Jon Hudson requested to merge jonhudson/gnome-music:issue-481-playlist-follow-playing-track into master

If you click away to another tab such as Albums, or if the song changes, it will grab focus for the current song widget and make the ListBox scroll so the song is visible.
