overpass: Recognize contact:website and contact:phone tags.

Jonathan Brielmaier requested to merge jonsger/gnome-maps:add-contact-tags into master

contact:phone has 350k usage and contact:website 250k. So I think it's worth adding them.

I tested the patch and Gnome Maps successfully recognize them and use them like phone or website. The only missing thing is, that you can't edit them. But that's something for a different MR.
