Attempting to edit a place while not signed in to OpenStreetMap can cause the program to enter a strange state
Steps to reproduce:
- Open a fresh install of the devel branch of the app, and don't sign in to OSM.
- Click on any feature, and then click the edit button.
- The program prompts you to sign into OSM.
- However, if you close the sign-in prompt without signing in, the edit prompt will still appear.
Expected Behavior: If the user does not sign into OpenStreetMap when prompted, then they shouldn't be presented with a useless edit prompt.
Trying to use the edit prompt while not signed in results in an empty error toast appearing at the bottom of the screen.
