New app icon

Tobias Bernard requested to merge bertob/gnome-keysign:new-icon into master

This adds the new wax seal icon (as discussed in !21 (closed)), plus a symbolic variant of the icon. I assume in order for the symbolic to be picked up correctly some further changes are needed, but I don't know what those are.
