Remove gnome-keyring-ssh.desktop autostart file

Dhanuka Warusadura requested to merge dhanuka/gnome-keyring:rm_ssh_autostart into master

Since we updated the gnome-keyring default build instruction to drop the ssh-agent and the use of gcr-ssh-agent is recommended, installing this autostart file is no longer required.
