login keyring not automatically unlocked on login

Ubuntu 19.04 Alpha just got gnome-keyring 3.31.90. Now I get a prompt every time I log in asking me to unlock my login keyring.

I don't get the prompt if I downgrade gnome-keyring to 3.28.2 or use gnome-keyring with 3.31.90 with a0526d18 reverted.
