account: Use facesdirs setting to override faces

This patch uses the gnome-control-center user-accounts facesdir configuration to override the default faces dir.

I'm using the gnome-control-center configuration because I think it's better to use that one, but maybe we can define a new one for this project to make it independent of gnome-control-center.
