Freeze the install button while installing a font
Button's label now goes: 'Install' > 'Installing…" > "Installed" and instantly turns insensitive. This avoid installation failures due to savage multi-click and also give a better feedback to the user (the Fontconfig configuration reload can take time and g-s-d delays the update signal trigger anyway).
