Mark gnome-disk-utility as adaptive in appinfo and desktop file

Add recommended controls and minimum screen size to the appinfo and mark compatible form factors in the desktop file so software centers and graphical shells can decide whether (and where) to display the app.

The desktop file bit isn't standardized but shipped by other GNOME apps as well (e.g. https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-clocks/-/blob/master/data/org.gnome.clocks.desktop.in.in#L19). I'm working on making this superfluous but this needs pending changes in flatpak and appstream so the desktop shell can query the information from there.
