shortcuts: Add shortcut for the application menu

Manuel Wassermann requested to merge krieghof/gnome-disk-utility:ui-polish into master

This commit also changed the shortcuts to toggle the appropriate menu instead of just opening it. I also swapped the icon for the "detach loop device" button to a more fitting one.

Related to #162 (closed) because now we have a shortcut for the application menu.
