Add "NoLazyInit" as an option when formatting a partition with ext4

Description
On large arrays or disks, default creation of ext4 file system delegates a daemon, ext4lazyinit, to do the initialization process of the indexes in the background. Sometimes it leads to abnormal duration of such operation (days?). Seems a common problem on the net, and not an ext4 bug, but a design constraint of the file system. The solution is manually formatting with:
mkfs.ext4 -E lazy_itable_init=0,lazy_journal_init=0 /dev/partition
It would be useful to add, here or in gparted, a checkbox for this advanced features, maybe with a more user-friendly name such as: "Do complete initialization. (It may take a few minutes)" or something similar.
