fsck pass field
The Edit Mount Options using the Mount at system startup option creates the /etc/fstab entry with the fsck pass set to zero. Should not this default to two? The zero in the fsck pass field prevent automatically checking/running the fsck utility. I did not find anyway to change the fsck pass field using the gnome-disks utility. The Linux native ext4 file system is on an internal disk. The fstab entry is as follows:
/dev/disk/by-uuid/c83f8d7a-66d3-4196-95e9-aa155bbf2e9f /mnt/test_disk auto nosuid,nodev,nofail,x-gvfs-show 0 0
