thumbnail: Only mount fontconfig cache if it exists

After updating gnome-desktop on NixOS we found that thumbnailing failed to run. This was due to the fontconfig cache directory not existing which made bwrap fail.

While this is a bit unusual, checking if the directory exists before trying to mount it seems like a good idea regardless.
