Make IPv4/v6 pages drive the scrolledwindow adjustments
This MR contains a downstream commit we were using for allowing keyboard navigation in the connection-editor that has been backported by me to account for the recent changes in the network panel.
The desired behavior when tabulating through the Routes table entries is to reveal the next row when filling the last one (see screencast).
