The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Seperate timezone and date controls as per recent design mockups.
Just a simple separation, didn't add the label since it didn't make sense to do so without the "Calendar widgets" being there. Will transfer the Combo box to Radio buttons later.
This should be an easy merge, I think.
