window: Use a HdyLeaflet

Adrien Plazas requested to merge (removed):reintroduce-leaflets into master

This allows the window to be folded to show either the sidebar or the panel when not enough space is available.

This reverts !407 (merged).

All panels were not adaptive in time for 3.32, so rather than having a half-baked adaptive experience we decided to mostly drop it and to add it back at the very beginning of the 3.34 development cycle (on March 14th), alongside the many adaptive panel changes.
