connection-editor: Port AdwMessageDialog to AdwAlertDialog

Also:

  • In "Cannot Import VPN Connection" dialog, rename the "Close" button to "OK", as other alert dialogs that show error messages have a button labeled as "OK" instead of "Close"
  • Add missing mnemonic to the "Forget Connection?" dialog
