Renaming a device is a very important feature, as its used by Sharing and Bluetooth panels, for example. Mentioning about device renaming in the "About" row improves the discoverability of this feature, specially when using a screen reader.

This text follows the same writing style from the "Users" row subtitle, which is "Add and remove accounts, change password".
