hearing: Fix for visual alerts

This commit fixes the bug #3001 (closed). When changing visual alerts flash area too entire window the gsettings value properly changes to frame flash, but after closing and reopening the combo box for flash area switches back to Entire Screen but the gsettings value still shows the correct value of frame-flash. The fix makes flash area show the correctly selected value.
