color: Minor tweaks (follow-up from !2145)

color: Rename "colors_page" to "color_page"

The AdwPreferencesPage id is "colors_page", but the plural isn't correct.

color: Minor writing style tweak

  • In the AdwPreferencesPage description, use an en dash before "learn more" and add a period.

This will be consistent with the Privacy > Diagnostics page description writing style: ad142445
