mouse-test: Ditch the scroll page arrows

In the "Scrolling" view, the arrows are white, but the scrolling test background also has some white elements. This causes the arrows to blend with the background depending on the scroll position.

Ditch the arrows and show a toast-like message that suggests the user to scroll to test scrolling.
